SAKAR AJIBONA, 1900-1992
w Grandpa was the eldest male ancestry figure I knew who  lived during my childhood. He had great passion for animals, and made a good career as a wild life expert. He had a huge house with a very large compound where  some of his wild animals roamed freely.
w
w    Spending time at his house was such a great fun.  My sisters and I enjoyed the liberty to play with all his animals. He had lions and other large cats, but we we only allowed to play with their curbs. He also had gorillas, crocodiles, other reptiles and eagles. Can you believe he once gave me a grown jackal, and mum would let me keep it. What could be cooler than scaring other kids in the area with your own very dragon.
Grandpa was really cool. He enjoyed life, and he told the best stories. He always said one can never be be too kind – especially to strangers. He says nothing fulfils the heart as  the kindness of a stranger; and that a stranger is none until you’ve met.

May his soul rest in perfect peace and harmony.
